how to upoad the ad..please help.? i got the add codes and i pasted in the source code in my blog. But after i don know wt to do!! any one has done it before? is google ad sense pay?

That's all you need to do. When people click the ads the revenue will be added to your AdSense account.

google adsense use pay per click so if you have good site with good matter you will get good adds which will pay you more better otherwise you will get adds like .03 $ pay per click so i will advise you
1.post good and unique matter
2.don't copy and paste matter from any site it can disable your account
3.don't click on your own ads
