I suppose you have Windows XP and you are talking about a "login user account"... well it sounds suspicious to me such an account but then...maybe it is from something I do not know like installed for a specific purpose>?
No ideas really!
Check which rights and privilege this account has, and in which group it is... maybe if it has admin rights I would start to be really suspicious!
