Don't give me this "law student" stuff. That's an irrelevance. I'd love a pound for everytime somebody's told me that they "know the law", etc., etc. when they clearly do not. And anyway, the law and the police powers and procedures are not necessarily the same.
Do you seriously think that I, or any other officer for that matter, would put my whole career and pension at risk because of what you deem "racism" and any other "-ism" you care to mention? Get real. You are quite clearly mud-slinging because you didn't get the result you wanted. What commonly happens is, people call the police and then expect the police to do exactly as they wish. Wrong. We have to stick to powers and procedures. And what most people call evidence is, in fact, a load of rubbish. Your question smacks of sour grapes and learn to type English, because there is no way you will get any degree typing like that.
