yes-drinking is getting out of control. Children are joining gangs and in fact britatin just said that alchohol in metro is not allowed (i think)

most of our cival rights have and are going to be taken away.

but i think some people are just blind to what is actually happening around them, think it wouldnt happen to them or in this country!
