Cricket Coach 2007 Urgent help?

Hi, I have just purchased Cricket Coach 2007 and It was posted to me today, however, I have installed it and the names are all fake.

I have tried a certain patch that I found on the internet, installed it all, and when I load up the game, it always crashes.

Is there any patch or a database that I could use to install the correct surnames?
