Iv heard that roaches are better for feedin your bearded dragon, is this true an if so which type of roach?

roaches are much more nutritious (still must gut load them)than crickets and are WAY easier to breed. crickets are half as gross and proven in the hobby as a good staple base diet for most lizards. you really can use which ever you want.
ive used lobster roaches with my monitors and they LOVE them.

p.s. luli is 100% correct about the cost thing.

Madagascan hissing cockroaches and locusts are more nutritious, they also enjoy pinkies which have perfect calcium-protein balance

I don't know the answer, but if you go to the pet store where you bought the lizard, they will be able to help you. They will have all the info, plus the bugs you need. You will also be able to buy care instruction books there! I've had snakes and an iguana and the store employees are a wealth of information. They will also be able to give you the name of a reptile vet, because not all vets will handle small or exotic animals!
