Can you help me with tips on how to bowl and bat in a 6 over game of cricket?

In 2 weeks i will be playing in a village 6 a side cricket tournament for the local pubs! Basically pubs enter teams for a tournament with only 6 overs for each team in a game! I have played in the last 5 years and done ok but i need help and tips to become that bit better! Which style in easier to learn and bowl and where i should really be standing when batting! Thanks!
