I need to sign and date some contracts in French.

The format is like this:

À _______________, le __________________

What's the correct item to put in each box - my french is (obviously) not very good, and so we have a translation of the main contract, but I was expecting to just have something along the lines of

le 24 juin 2008

So what goes on the first line, the day?

À juin, le 24

A New York, le 24 juin 2008.

'A' means you have to put in the place of signing after 'le' you write the date.
