Special A - its new and has some good comedy. Characters are really cute too.
Fullmoon Wo Sagashite -The romance in this is too cute! ~^^~ Plus its a music anime so thats a plus for me.
Ouran High School Host Club- Funny though most of the romance is in the manga.

And for the cutest J-drama in Romance and Comedy ever is hana yori dango, (boys over flowers) it has an anime too but I believe it's older and I haven't seen it but the j-drama is the cutest thing ever.
