how can i find the evidence,
if i did it last week.
how can i prove that i did.

have you looked in MY Documents

go to the place that it was filed ,find the document and click on the lcon once and it should iter if you have it a side bar at the side or under neath the icon.

Right click the file and go to properties, the modified date will show this information.

Aha, right click on the file and click properties it says when it was last modified and when it was created.
