Desire Climax is a poor girl meets rich boy, but it gets a little mature because of the intimacy. It was a really good story. I'd recommend that one.

Well IMO Ranma 1/2 is the most funniest anime I've seen, even my prents like it its a Romantic/comedy anime and you can find it in anime or manga

its not about a girl meeting a rich man, but its really funny to watch
