In Pro Evolution Soccer, (PES) how is team work calculated? It differs...

...between players of the same rating!? In Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) 2008, and probably Winning Eleven etc., one can view a team's players' reciprocal teamwork ratings.

2 players, both rated 85, may differ in their teamwork rating to another player. I don't understand why. Does anyone know?
