The olympics are a joke there are real football tournaments like the world cup and although I think there should be a British team the FA don`t

If they made a British team in the Olympics then FIFA and UEFA would stop them playing as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in the World Cup and the European Championships....who would accept that?

There is no British team because there is no British football association.
Each country, England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales have their own football associations and they would have to come together to make a British team. Until they can do that there will never be a British team. Besides that many people do not think that Olympic football is a priority. The world cup and Euros are much more important.
