I get the following message

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

It may be due to a problem with either Flash Player or Java. Here are the links if you want to reinstall the applications again.

Flash Player: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoi d=BUIGP
Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp?locale=en&host=www.java.com:80

I found this website to be useful as it describes how to enable javascripts on various internet browsers:

You should also check your firewall to make sure it isn't blocking any of these applications from functioning.

I hope this helps. Take care always.

download a new/latest version of java.

sometimes uninstalling and then reinstalling fixes problems.

google each if you have any problems.
