How do i turn on my macromedia javascript flash player?

like for myspace or youtube bcuz i downloaded it but i just dont know how to turn it on if anyone could help me i'd be so glad ;] +plz dont tell me to upgrade to mozilla firefox i have it on my mac already but my mac screen is busted and my mom wont let me download firefox on my windows computer =]Ive tried going to TOOLs then OPTIONS but it wont work everything is enabled please i would like to know how to turn it on ive seen my uncle go to the start button then to some sort of app. but hes not here today and knoone at my house knows how to do it PLEASE HELP!
