Javascript Support Problems.?

Just wondering if anybody can help me, my browser will not allow me onto hotmail or to watch youtube videos as it says that my computer cannot run scripts or java!?
I have been through the tools, security route and all scripts are set to allow, so does anybody have any idea what i can do!?

Please try with upgranded Explorer.Like Internet explorer Version 7 , Netscape navigator who invented the Javascript.

What Browser are you using? Is pop ups block or not?
