How do I put my pictures from my motorola razor 3 mobile onto my computer?

I have just had a new mobile but I cant put my pictures or videos on to my computer or I cant add songs from my computer to my mobile. I never had trouble with my old mobile I just connected the mobile to the computer with the usb cable and that was that but when i connect the usb cable to my mobile the battery keeps flashing, any idea what I can do.

you can email the picture to yourself if u phone has internet
or u can use the micro sd card in your phone if you have one
