Caught a ridiculous movie on cable featuring a little rich girl (aged about 8, like Shirley Temple) in New Orleans who played mean Boogie and ended up in court convincing the establishment that it was legit for white folks to dig it.
Obviously made during the early 40s to cash in on the boogie craze.
