T-Mobile Phones, do they come locked?

If i buy a T-Mobile pay as you go phone, will i be able to put an O2 sim card in it?

if you buy any phone with a network it will be locked to that network provider so you either need to buy one that isnt with a provider or pay to get it unlocked.

it will have to be unlocked, i can do it for you, then if it does get unlocked, u will hav to give me £5 into my paypal, if it does work and u dnt pay me then i will be happy knowin what goes around comes around!!!
