Email to Mobile phones to manage remote engineers?
A couple of years ago my team used a website (one of the main comms companies, e.g. O2) to send service requests to mobile engineers. This logged the receipt of the call by the engineer and also allowed them to press a button to confirm the work was complete. This used their existing basic mobile phones. I googled but can't find the website, anybody have any ideas?
The webpage was presented like an online helpdesk with previous messages and responses in small windows on the screen
