Default Mobile Phone Contracts?????

Ok, the situation of this is I am after a phone contract and am unable to get one cos of a bad credit rating in my name due to what my ex did to me.

I have a bank account but it is just a basic account that I can pay money in and set up direct debits, but what I wanna know every phone company I have tried has either knocked me back or they need a debit card and I haven't got a debit card cos of the problems I have!!!!

Can anyone help me? I have been on PAYG and cos of business purposes I go thru the credit that I put in there and I can't claim it off my company cos it is a PAYG and they will only pay me expenses on the call charges if it is a contract phone can anyone please help me in any way? Thanks

If networks will not allow you to take out a contract with your current card, then you should try getting a brand new debit card.

I don't understand your question but what I will say is try ringing them up and saying to them what do you need to have a phone contract personally I think you could use a friends debit card or a relatives card and get the contract put in their name I don't see any problems in that!!!!

And you paid for it in your account then that will be fine too, just go and ask a relative or your brother or sister and ask them to help you out am sure they would be able to help you out, as long as you can pay the monthly bills am sure that's all they will be concerned about.

Good Luck

Have you tried SIM only-Pay Monthly packages? It also gives you flexibility to change packages and leave whenever you want.

Where do u live. Here in CA you have a choice of boost mobile or metro pcs. No contracts pay as you go. If you can't pay the bill they simply cut ur service within 30 days you can pay and they'll turn it on again. No credit checks nothing it really works and is convenient. Hope that answers your question.
