Basic MySQL/PHP question? What kinda spec machine do I need to programme

Any basic computer can do this.

Search google for a package download that includes mysql/php/apache.

I use to do it on my xp, but changed to mac so I'm not sure if they have it for vista.

if you're just starting to learn it then there's no point in having 2 computers.
