how can i tell the sex of my python?

is there any ways to tell if a royal python is male or female other than 'probing' or 'popping'? its not like i just bought it i done my research for months n months n months lol and i know people say females have shorter tales and larger heads but just wanted to know if this is true? its a young python have only had it just over a month so guessing roughly 2 months old

Unless you are a qualified breeder or experienced owner, its best to not probe or pop your snake, you can seriously injure it.

Take your snake to a vet or to a python club in your area and find a specialist that can do it for you.

the male will have a long thick tail tapering slowly.
the female will a shorter tail that tapers quickly.
But the best way is to have it probed by the vet.

put it in front of your tv and then get some hot chick on the screen and if its head goes up you have a boy, if not try putting a hot guy on the screen and if its lips get wet you have a girl
