my ball python has shedded and he has white patches on his skin?

my ball python shedded yesterday and he shedded really well and we noticed he has white speckle like patches down his back, he seems healthy and did shed all his skin and has no mites is this normal or could it be the humiditiy.
humidity is 50-60 ....60 when he was shedding.
temperture normally 86 hot end cool end 82 and slighty lower at night,
