Adobe image ready/dreamweaver question

I have made a web page template using photoshop and adobe image ready and have imported them into dreamweaver and ive done the layer based slices and all that but when I hit enter on one of my columns that i have made it drags the middle page down with it and ruins the whole thing anyone know how to fix this?

btw ive done the deleting the picture and setting it to the back round
