internet explorer can not display this webpage

i can find the site i want in the search engines, but when i click on the link i get the above message, but others i know that use the site can still get access to the site, i can click on other links in the search engine and the site open, it appears that its only the one site i cant open, i have checked that its not a restricted site, can anyone help
