Firefox problems help please

everytime i turn pc on again it stops working says this :

and i have to keep reinstalling it again =[

and i did reinstall and then reset pc then said same thing. when i click browser it asks me if i wanna open in like IE or pain or somthing , it dont hep =/

you should locate firefox.exe file by clicking browse button, hope u know the address and also how to do that

That's interesting. It's happened to a few of us in work this morning, we thought our IT guys had done something to it. But I re-insatlled it and it worked after about 20 mins.

Looks like you have a broken shortcut to Firefox in your startup folder. Click start/all programs/startup and have a look there.
