DVD Decoder Software

I have a Pioneer 20x DVD drive in my computer, which i have just installed, however when i try to play a dvd, i get a message telling me i do not have a compatible DVD decoder installed. Where can i download one of these, preferably for free!

Search the Internet and you'll find them. I had this same problem today with my PC. I bought a film from Tesco and it jammed in my DVD player. I reckoned that the DVD player was more likely at fault than the DVD, so I tried it in my computer. I decided not to pay US$20 for the decoder and instead used my MacBook, where it played perfectly.
