How do i get rid of Antivirus 2009 on my computer ?

apparently its a rogue antivirus that installed itself and has took all my passwords away, i got rid of it yesterday using hijackthis but nw the same problem has returned ??

try removing it from the add and remove from your control panel

It is better to remove a program from the program itself it is available. This way it will get rid of all registry tries. Go to the start menu, program files then to the anti virus program then go to the uninstall option. Then remove it from add remove programs. if the uninstall option is not available in the program then just go to add remove programs.
