You should copy that file location, and click on the start button, than click on run on the right hand corner if you are using Windows XP, if you are using Windows Vista click on the start search area and type in run. A box will pop up in the bottom left hand corner asking you where the file location is, just paste that in by right clicking and choosing paste or pressing ctrl+v. It will open up a location where that file is and you should see what is in it. It could just be that there is something wrong with the file location. This happens to some people trying to upgrade versions of Internet Explorer. I hate it how people always go like "firefox" as their answer. That is NOT always the answer. All browsers are the same and nice, they all get you to the same place, I myself think that Firefox & Internet Explorer and at the same speed.
