ipod not connecting to computer?
I am trying to download music onto apple ipod shuffle from itunes but when I plug usb cable into computer it just says to connect device which I already have. I,ve checked the control panel for installed hardware and it says it,s working properly and I,ve rebooted several times but I still keep getting the "connect a device" message.
Can anyone please help as its driving me nuts!!!!
