phenom AMD and SLI what do you think?

was gona buy a ps3 but no point as games start from £30 which is expensive so rather keep it pc and you know where we get our games from lol

my dualcore 5600 is getting old now, I am getting a new phenom sli'ed machine with 1000w powersupply each 20amps except from the 8amps on others..

the thing is how's the phenom doing compared to quadcore in gaming not encoding..this is my first time with SLI anyone having lots of issues with it and erros? do all games support it?

The Phenom is supposed to be a very good processor. Considering AMD makes that processor, and they also make ATI, some people like swear that AMD (Crossfire=SLI) and ATI run better together than Intel and ATI, or AMD and nVidia. I heard a lot of good things about the Phenom, and the new Quad Core processors are great as well. But in benchmarks tests, I've seen the Phenom overall do better than the Quadcore.
