omg help my keypad on my laptop is broke ! the letter ( w ) dont work!?

the 'w' doesnt work but you typed 'work'? it might be a glitch, on my laptop sometimes 6 keys dont work and the next time i go on it everythings fine. however you might need to get a new keyboard, sometimes letters dont work because of general wear and tear
