How can I play my iPod through my CD player in the car?

I'd like to be able to plug my iPod into the car CD system so I can listen to it while I drive, but I don't know how!! I've seen those ones where you connect your iPod to a cassette and put the cassette in the player, but I don't have a cassette player in the car, only a CD or a radio.

Is there any way I can do this using the CD player or the radio? If it's complicated please could you explain to me, I'm not very mechanically minded!! :-)

YOu can buy an itrip and play it through the radio - look online or I think the Apple store sells it. Its around £20. YOu can get it off ebay. You just plug the little gadget in the small holes on the top of your IPod. I had one but my cousin nicked it.
