How do you add a menu strip to a userform in visual basic edtior for microsoft...

...office? I was wondering how I could add a menu and status stip control to a userform, using the visual basuifc editor of microsoft excel/word.

I know in microsoft express additons it is as easy as copying it off the toolbox, but the only softwear I have acess to is excel and word, and the visual basic editor. I have tired adding tools to the tool box but have been unable to find the control.

Is it possible to add a menu strip this way, and if it isnt can anyone think of a solotuion that may suffice instead?
