visual basic. using button to see a dataview?

Hi, how you doing..?
I am still newbie on visual basic 2005

I want to create a form where "by pressing a button" I be able to see a dataview containing information from a database.

Example: using AdventureWorks.Employees (a table employees) I would want to know how can I make the FORM to show me the dataset or dataview with the information from this table.

To be more specific: when I open the form I just want to see the button and just when push it!, I would like to see that dataset or dataview come up and shows the information
