"Host" related problems with Windows Live Messenger! I can't log on today!?

System says "your host file contains MSN related entries which may interfere with name resolution". I'm then asked if I want Windows Live Messenger to clean up my hosts file. I agree but still nothing. I keep getting warnings too about security certificates not being updated if I go to some other sites. Any ideas please?

That is strange, i cant see how or why msn would be concerned with your host files. The certificate issue usually occurs if you have your date and time wrong (check the time and date on the right-hand side of your bottom taskbar - double click it to change) lets hope thats what the problem is and msn leaves your host files alone.
